Yadira has owned and run businesses of her own for most of her working life. Two restaurants first. Then a furniture business she ran for sixteen years — started in North Carolina, kept going through a move across the country.
In between she ran a training center building partnerships with government agencies, and closed that chapter as Sales Director for a telecom's government division, accountable for every state and federal account on the island.

Guillermo co-founded Anacay with Yadira. He advises its leadership and doesn't work on client engagements.
Before Anacay, he spent twenty-five years making complicated technology behave — running a small company first, with the P&L on him, then at a scale where being wrong was expensive.
